Q1: Can I walk-in to the shop?

Yes, you can walk-in within our opening hours. It will be best if you can pm us beforehand at our IG @muslimahdrifit or whatsapp at +6590180137. This is to ensure there's someone in the office to serve you.

Q2. Can I self-collect the Muslimah Drifits?

Yes, we have self-collect option at the address below. Look for the labelled collection box. Pls ensure that you have receive a message/email that it's ready for collection before you head down. If you did not receive any notification, pls pm our IG @muslimahdrifit or email me at muslimahdrifit@gmail.com

Q3: What is your exchange policy?

All exchange items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition only. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Take note there will be delivery charge of additional $4.00 in order for us to post back the exchange items. 

Q4: What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at muslimahdrifit@gmail.com with your order number. You may also pm us at Instagram @Muslimahdrifit.

Q5: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We will send all orders to Ninjavan outlets on Monday and Thursday ONLY. For Monday and Thursday, orders must be made before 3pm for the same day post out. Orders will be delivered via NINJAVAN within 1-3 days after they pick up the parcels.

Q6: What is the cost for delivery within Singapore?

We use Ninjavan pack for delivery at $4.50/pack. One pack can fit up to 6 tshirts. For orders 7pcs onwards will require additional pack.
